  • Taking Control of That Leash (4 hour course ) $85.00
    Instructor: Elsie (345-2475)
    Class Schedule (subject to change)

Now that spring is here, its time to start enjoying some nice leisurely walks with your canine friend. To learn how to walk safely, control your dog when walking with children, strollers, and other dogs, and to simply bring back the joy of walking with your dog, this class can be a refresher class for older dogs, or a training class for young dedicated leash pullers.
Your 4 hour session includes the purchase and fit of the "Sens-ible Walking Harness" ($40 value). Coupons will not be accepted for this course.

This class focuses on teaching your dog to walk nicely on leash, at your side, and to stop pulling, no matter what the distractions. Dogs need to be over 6 months of age. Puppies should be enrolled in a Basic Manners course first.

This course consists of 2 hours of in classroom training, a snack break and 1 1/2 hours of outdoor training. This course is meant to compliment our other classes, as it provides a practical in depth application of our loose leash walking techniques in an outdoor setting. It is not a stand alone course for dogs with no previous obedience training.
